本系(xi)列缸(gang)是由14種(zhong)(zhong)缸(gang)徑,分(fen)別(bie)按四(si)種(zhong)(zhong)速比(bi)組成28種(zhong)(zhong)規(gui)格(ge)的單活塞(sai)雙(shuang)(shuang)作用(yong)(yong)差動油缸(gang)。另缸(gang)頭法蘭式、中間耳軸安裝式和(he)底座安裝式三種(zhong)(zhong)還可做成雙(shuang)(shuang)活塞(sai)桿雙(shuang)(shuang)作用(yong)(yong)等速油缸(gang),再加上(shang)無端(duan)部緩(huan)沖(chong)和(he)兩端(duan)部有緩(huan)沖(chong)與上(shang)述(shu)28種(zhong)(zhong)規(gui)格(ge)組成384個品種(zhong)(zhong)。特(te)別(bie)適合(he)于(yu)環境惡(e)劣(lie)、重(zhong)載(zai)的工作狀態(tai)下,廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鋼(gang)鐵、鑄造(zao)、鍛造(zao)及機械制造(zao)等工業部門。





密封不良
密(mi)封不(bu)良會引起外泄(xie)漏和內泄(xie)漏。產生(sheng)密(mi)封不(bu)良的原因有:
1、裝(zhuang)配不(bu)當,密(mi)封(feng)件發生破損(sun);
2、裝配精(jing)度(du)差,間(jian)隙太(tai)大,密封件被(bei)擠(ji)出而損壞;
3、密封件急(ji)劇(ju)磨損,失去密封作用;
4、密封(feng)圈方向裝反(密封(feng)圈唇邊面向壓力(li)油一方),密封(feng)功能失(shi)效;
5、密封結構不合理,壓力(li)超過額定值,失去密封功效。
連接處結合不良
連(lian)接處結合(he)不(bu)良主要引起外泄漏,產生結合(he)不(bu)良的原因有:
1、缸筒(tong)與端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)用螺栓連(lian)接時,螺栓緊固(gu)不(bu)(bu)良,結(jie)合(he)部(bu)分的毛刺(ci)、裝配毛邊引(yin)起結(jie)合(he)不(bu)(bu)良;端(duan)(duan)面O形(xing)密封圈有配合(he)間隙;
2、缸筒與端蓋用螺紋(wen)連接(jie)時(shi),緊固端蓋時(shi)未達到額(e)定(ding)扭矩或密封(feng)圈密封(feng)性(xing)能不好;
3、液壓缸(gang)進油(you)管口因管件振動(dong)而(er)引起(qi)管口松動(dong)。
零部件加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du)的影響問題(ti)(ti),在液壓缸的制(zhi)造(zao)過程中應嚴格控制(zhi)缸體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁(bi)和活塞桿(gan)表面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du),特別是(shi)幾何精度(du)(du),尤其(qi)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)是(shi)關(guan)鍵,在國(guo)內(nei)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)中,活塞桿(gan)表面的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)基本上是(shi)車后磨削(xue)(xue),保證直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)問題(ti)(ti)不(bu)大,但對于缸體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁(bi)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),其(qi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)很多,有(you)鏜削(xue)(xue)-滾壓、鏜削(xue)(xue)-珩(heng)磨、直(zhi)接珩(heng)磨等(deng)(deng),但由于國(guo)內(nei)材料(liao)(liao)的基礎水平較國(guo)外有(you)差(cha)(cha)距,管材坯料(liao)(liao)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)差(cha)(cha),壁(bi)厚(hou)不(bu)均(jun)勻、硬度(du)(du)不(bu)均(jun)勻等(deng)(deng)因素,往(wang)往(wang)直(zhi)接影響缸體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁(bi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后的直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du),因此建議采用鏜削(xue)(xue)-滾壓、鏜削(xue)(xue)-珩(heng)磨工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),如(ru)直(zhi)接珩(heng)磨,則(ze)必須首先提高管材坯料(liao)(liao)的直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)。

在允(yun)許的(de)情況下(xia),液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)壁(bi)厚(hou)安全系(xi)數盡量選大一些(xie),使缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)厚(hou)壁(bi)增(zeng)加,特別是高壓(ya)工況下(xia)使用(yong)的(de)油(you)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),以減小(xiao)油(you)壓(ya)下(xia)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)變形(xing)(xing),變形(xing)(xing)后的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)也會(hui)引起(qi)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)低速爬行。
